DDay Event Countdown Support

Getting Started

DDay Event Countdown lets you create aesthetic countdown cards for events, milestones, holidays, trips, birthdays, weddings, launches, and more.

Create an Event

• Tap the plus button to create a new countdown.
• Enter an event title and date.
• Choose an emoji, theme, background, and post format.
• Review the preview and tap Save.

Export a Countdown

• Open a saved countdown event.
• Tap Export.
• Select an export preset such as Stories, Instagram portrait, Square, LinkedIn / X, or Pinterest.
• Use Share PNG to open the iOS share sheet.
• Use Save to Photos to save the exported image to your photo library.

Photos Permission

Photos permission is only requested when you choose Save to Photos. The app uses add-only access to save exported countdown images to your photo library.

Custom Backgrounds

You can choose built-in backgrounds or import your own image from the photo library. Custom backgrounds are stored locally on your device.

Purchases

DDay Event Countdown is a paid app. There are no subscriptions, no free trial, and no in-app purchases.

Troubleshooting

• If Save to Photos does not work, check that Photos permission is allowed in iOS Settings.
• If an exported image looks cropped, try a different post format that better matches the background image.
• If sharing does not open, try exporting again or restarting the app.
