Overview

DDay Event Countdown is designed as a local-first app. Your countdown events, custom backgrounds, and app settings are stored on your device.

Data We Collect

DDay Event Countdown does not collect personal data, does not require an account, and does not upload your countdown events to a server.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Countdown event titles
• Countdown event dates
• Selected emojis
• Selected themes and backgrounds
• Imported custom background images
• App settings, such as appearance and export preferences

Photos Access

The app may request access to your photo library only when you choose features that require it:

• Choosing a custom background from your photo library
• Saving an exported countdown image to Photos

When saving exported images, the app uses photo library add access where supported. The app does not read your photo library for saving exports.

Custom Background Images

If you import a custom background image, it is stored locally inside the app’s storage on your device. It is not uploaded to a server by DDay Event Countdown.

Sharing

When you use Share PNG, the app creates a temporary PNG file and presents the iOS share sheet. Any sharing action you choose is handled by iOS and the selected third-party app or service.

Network Use

The app does not use network services to upload, sync, or process your countdown data. Links in Settings may open external pages such as Help, Support, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Use in your browser.

Analytics and Tracking

DDay Event Countdown does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

Purchases

DDay Event Countdown is a paid app. There are no subscriptions, no free trial, and no in-app purchases.

Data Deletion

You can delete events inside the app. You can also delete the app from your device to remove app data stored locally by iOS.

Children’s Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
