ClassPilot Privacy Policy

ClassPilot respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user. ClassPilot is developed and maintained by a single independent developer.

1. Data Collected by the App

ClassPilot stores your scheduling data locally on your device. This includes:

• Lessons and scheduling
• Documents, templates, imported data

No personal data is collected automatically.

2. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored securely in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit. Only you can access this data.

ClassPilot does not have access to your iCloud credentials or your iCloud data.

3. No Third‑Party Analytics

ClassPilot does not use:

• Analytics SDKs
• Advertising frameworks
• Tracking technologies
• Third‑party data processors

4. No Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with any third party. It remains on your device or in your private iCloud account if sync is enabled.

5. Permissions

ClassPilot may request the following permissions:

• Notifications — optional, for Lesson reminders (Pro feature)

All permissions are optional and can be changed at any time in system settings.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You control all data stored in ClassPilot. You may delete:

• Individual shifts or notes
• Entire calendars
• All app data by deleting the app

If iCloud Sync is enabled, deleting the app may also remove synced data from your iCloud account depending on your system settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

ClassPilot does not target children and does not collect personal information from minors.
