Opens the document camera, auto-crops the receipt, runs on-device OCR, parses receipt fields, stores the image and OCR text locally, then moves the receipt into the Receipts tab.

Shows the newest saved receipt as a quick card. Tap to open the receipt detail editor.

Total Spend, This Month, Receipts, and Average show quick metrics for the selected period.

Scanning, OCR, parsing, local storage, and export run on device. AI classification is on device when available and enabled.

Shows the sum of currently stored receipts using the selected display currency preference.

Filter receipts by merchant, category, payment method, currency, notes, and OCR text.

Tap a category chip to filter the list to receipts saved with that category.

Each card shows thumbnail, merchant, date, category, total, and opens the detail editor when tapped.

Edit parsed fields, add notes, view raw OCR text, export PDF, share image + OCR text, or delete the receipt.

Choose a month and year for analytics. Select All to aggregate the full year.

Shows category share for the selected period. Center shows total spend or selected category total after selecting a slice.

Rows list category, total, receipt count, and percentage. Tap a row to highlight and open filtered receipts.

Use Export Period to create a CSV for the selected month or year. Use Export Category to create a CSV for the selected category.

If multiple currencies are present and no exchange-rate service is enabled, Stats shows local amounts and displays a warning.

Sets the default display and fallback currency. Selection is remembered on this device.

Used when the parser and AI classifier cannot choose a category. You can edit each receipt later.

Enables on-device classification when the system model is available. Keyword parsing remains the fallback.

Creates a CSV for receipts dated inside the selected month. Path: Settings > Data > Export Selected Month.

Creates one CSV for every saved receipt. Path: Settings > Data > Export All to CSV.

Deletes every stored receipt, image, OCR result, and saved field from this device after confirmation.

The system model is ready. When AI is enabled, new scans use semantic on-device classification.

Apple Intelligence must be enabled in iOS Settings for on-device AI to run.

iOS downloads models automatically based on power, storage, network, and system conditions.

Some devices do not support Apple Intelligence even on supported iOS versions.

FoundationModels is available only on iOS 26 and later.

Path: Receipts > tap a receipt > Export PDF. Creates a PDF with saved fields, image, and OCR text.
